Foxflare Technology Ltd today announced the appointment of Mark Sidey as Group Chief Executive Officer and Patrick Kidess as Group Chief Financial Officer.
Mark Sidey brings over 25 years of global commercial leadership across consumer goods and inhalation categories. He joins from AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals), home of Al Fakher, where he was Chief Sales Officer and EVP. He previously held senior roles at Reckitt including Global Chief Customer Officer, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Area Vice President for Developing Markets, following his tenure as European Sales Director at Boots Healthcare International.
Patrick Kidess joins as Group Chief Financial Officer from AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals), where he was European Finance Director and previously Group Commercial Finance Manager across Al Fakher. His earlier career includes Senior Budget Officer at DCT Abu Dhabi, Senior Financial Analyst at Philip Morris International and Internal Auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
The appointments bring together commercial and financial leadership with direct operating experience in the nicotine and inhalation categories.
